First off, what a great Spring Season we are having!  Can you believe that the Lower Division Season is coming to an end in just 2 weeks?  That said, Upper Division AA teams will be having their championship game on May 20th at LHCC @ 2pm.  All are welcome to come and watch the game! The winner will advance to the AA District 55 Championship Tourney starting May 30th.  Intermediate Division starts its Tourney on May 31st.

In other news, Angel Day vs. Twins is June 4th.  We have sold over 100 tickets for this year's event so it is sure to be a lot of fun.  This is your last chance to purchase tickets.  Please email shaqdog@aol.com directly if you have not yet secured tickets through your team parent but want to attend.  Tickets are $25 each.  All attendees must must pay by this Saturday (checks made payable to Laguna Hills Little League).  If you do not pay on time, your tickets will be forfeited.

This year Laguna Hills will be hosting the All-Star Tournament @ LHCC for District 55 ages 10-11.  The Tournament will run from June 24th-July 2nd.  The Snack Shack will be open every night and there will be a total of 13 games.  We are looking for volunteers to help us make this event a great success.  Please email cacioppos@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering.

Closing Day is June 3rd from 10am-1pm.  There will be bounce houses, vendors, a skills competition, food, LHLL Board of Directors election and a whole lot of FUN!  AND, Team Trophies will be available for pick-up!  If you are interested in serving on the LHLL Board of Directors, now is the time to get your name on the ballot.   Please email brianeyo@aol.com, mauten7792@att.net or dave@dschweitzer.com if you are interested in serving.  We have a variety of positions open and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to invest their time in our league.
